Change of domiciliation agent and amendment of investment objectives in Jyske SICAV
The board of directors has decided to change the domiciliation agent of Jyske SICAV from UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A to UBS Europe SE.
It has further been decided that:
- The previous benchmark of Jyske SICAV Danish Bonds is replaced by the objective of generating a return over time, which is at least is in line with the market development in the Danish government bond market.
- The names of the individual indices of the benchmark index has been changed for the sub-funds Jyske
SICAV High Yield Corporate Bonds, Jyske SICAV Investment Grade Corporate
Bonds (SRI) and Jyske SICAV Stable Strategy. Further, it has been specified that in case a share class is hedged to another currency than the reference currency of the sub-fund, the benchmark is hedged to the reference currency of the share class.
The changes above imply that shareholders may redeem their shares in the sub-funds free of charge during the period of one calendar month from the date of the notice. An amended prospectus will be published when available.
