Notice to shareholders

Please be informed that the Board of Directors has decided to approve the following changes in the Prospectus:

• Addition of section 4.10 “Partial exemption under the German Investment Tax Act 2018 ("GITA").

As a consequence, the sub-fund Jyske SICAV Low Volatility has been classified as an “equity fund” under the German Investment Tax Act, thus may invest more than 50% of their total assets in equity investments. 

Moreover, the Board has decided to approve the following change:

• Amendment of  section 11 “Distribution policy” in the supplement 3 – JYSKE SICAV HIGH YIELD CORPORATE BONDS (SRI). Only Share Class GBP ID will pay out a dividend quarterly, subject to decision by the Board of Directors.
